How to cook it

Three steps. That’s it.

Coat

Mix one full sachet with a little water and coat 500 g chicken well. No marinating time needed.

Fry

Deep fry on medium flame, a few pieces at a time, till crisp.

Serve hot

Toss with fried curry leaves and green chilli if you like, and serve straight away.

How much chicken does one box make?

1 kg. The box has 2 sachets of 25 g, and each sachet coats 500 g of chicken. Use a full sachet each time.

Do I need to marinate it?

No. Coat the chicken and fry straight away. There's no marinating time.

Do I need ginger-garlic paste, flour or colour?

No. Ginger, garlic and salt are already in the masala. There's no artificial colour, so it fries to a deep red-brown.

Can I make gobi or paneer 65?

Yes. Cauliflower, paneer, mushroom, baby corn, fish and prawn all work, 500 g per sachet.

Can I air fry it?

Yes. Air frying gives a lighter snack; deep frying gives the full restaurant crunch.

It's very good Taste and Easy to prepare..

I used all other products in cookd it was awesome

I’ve tried several other products from Cookd and have always loved them—they’ve been really awesome. However, today I tried the 65 Masala, and unfortunately, it didn’t meet my expectations. The masala and chicken didn’t blend well and seemed to separate while cooking. I was quite disappointed, especially considering how good your other products have been. I hope you’ll look into this and improve the product.

But the ingredients list is clean and the taste was Very Good!
Salt was a bit less for me but overall its a very good product, perfectly priced and convenient

The Biriyani kit was good but can you 100grms masala more ..so that it can fit a family of four …then madras chicken 65 masala is very poor …no taste only red colour is there its like eating a .fire roasted chicken with no masala…. need more improvement.

Sorry for this review. I m your big fan ... biriyani paste got puffed after 2days of delivery. I didn't open it ... masalas are good. But I m disappointed about the paste because I didn't taste or even open it.
